Coconut Fried Rice | नारियल वाले चावल | How to make Indian Coconut Rice
Coconut Fried Rice, Coconut Vegetable Fried Rice, coconut fried rice indian ,
Ingredients :
Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल ) - 3 cups (cooked)
Fresh Coconut (ताज़ा नारियल ) 1 cup ( grated )
Peanut oil (मूंगफली का तेल ) - 2 tbsp
Peanuts (मूंगफली ) - 1/4 cup ( roasted and peeled)
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 1 tbsp ( finely chopped )
Black Mustard seeds (काले सरसों के दाने ) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal (चना दाल ) - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal (उरद दाल ) - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते ) - 10 to 12
Dry Red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च ) - 1
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 (finely chopped)
Salt (नमक ) - 3/4 tsp or to taste
How to make Coconut Fried rice :
1. Heat a pan. Add peanut oil, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Then add cumin seeds, chana dal.
2. Keep flame medium. Add urad dal. Slightly roast until dal is brown. Break and add 10 to 12 curry leaves, add 1 finely chopped green chili, dry red chili.
3. Add freshly grated coconut.Slightly roast the coconut. Add peanut and mix, slightly roast, then add salt. Add cooked rice, Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Coconut Fried Rice is ready, garnish with some green coriander.
Serving :
5. Coconut fried rice can be served with Papad, chutney, pickle or curd.
