This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Freshwibe (YOURDWORLD)(“we”, “us”) handles refunds and cancellations for any paid services we may offer (such as premium features, subscriptions, or advertising services). If you use only the free features of Freshwibe, this policy may not apply.

1. General Policy

1.1 Most of our services are digital and delivered instantly. As a general rule, fees paid for digital services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.
1.2 By making a payment on Freshwibe, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

2.1 If we offer subscription-based services, your subscription will generally renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before renewal.

2.3 Cancellation will stop future charges, but fees already paid for the current billing period are usually non-refundable.

3. Advertising and Promotional Services (If Applicable)

3.1 For advertising credits or promotional services, once a campaign is started or credits are used, no refund will be provided for the portion already consumed.
3.2 In case of a technical error on our side that results in your campaign not running as intended, we may, at our sole discretion, offer replacement credits or a partial refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1 In rare cases, we may consider a refund where:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue;

  • There was a clear technical error on our side that prevented you from using the service; or

  • Applicable laws require a refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service.
